Remong Raein, the production company of 'SungKyunKwan Scandal', stated on the 13th that, "The drama will air on KBS around September this fall."
KBS stated, "We have set it as a Monday-Tuesday drama, but there is a high possibility that this may change." and "As the line up formation of what is to come after 'Call of the Country" is being delayed, we cannot give an exact airing date for 'SungKyunKwan Scandal'."

With unconventional lines and set-ups, it will be a trendy, Joseon dynasty drama," and "We will keep only the original character relationships intact and the drama will be quite different from the original novel."
PD Lee also stated, "Different from other historical dramas that usually deal with revenge, battles and political strife, this drama will be a bright and bubbly story of college students in the Joseon Dynasty."
'SungKyunKwan Scandal' will begin shooting in late May and all filming will be completed before airing in September.
