TVXQ, whose three members YoungWoong Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun and Xiah Junsu are in a dispute with their agency SM Entertainment over their exclusive contract, will be spending their Korean Thanksgiving break in China.

Ever since the three members submitted a Suspension of the Exclusive Contract request to the Seoul District Courts in July, the group has been performing outside of Korea but all Korean activities have been halted.
In August, the 'SM Town Live 09' was canceled and in October, TVXQ's attendance of Dream Concert at the Seoul World Cup Stadium was canceled as well.
